Yes, I've been trying to work with mindfulness but it is so difficult!! Sometimes I feel I'm "running around in circles". I've been thinking of discussing it with my T.

Have you read any of the books by Thich Nhat Han? He makes it very easy, actually. I just have to remind myself to do it - not so easy!
I like the book he co-authored about mindful eating, too.

I think the best is "The Miracle of Mindfulness", but he has dozens and dozens. He's a Vietnamese Buddhist monk.
