Hey guys,
I have GAD and sometimes get panic attacks. Those of you with an anxiety disorder are probably familiar with these symptoms: excessive sweating, feeling overheated, rapid heartbeat, and ridiculous amounts of internal muscular tension. It can be so energy consuming and distracting. So... I have no interest in taking any meds for this. That said, I'm curious about biofeedback. Anyone have any experience with using a biofeedback device for anxiety? What's been your experience? Any particular kinds you'd recommend? Thanks for sharing ![]() -duende |

I think I'll start this thread over in the Anxiety Forum.

I might try neurofeedback. I tried biofeedback a few times and it was great, I quickly learned to control my heart rate and the instant gratification of knowing I was successful was prob what helped most.
