I have been having digestive issues because of my meds and I have became hormonally unable to eat certain foods.I cannot eat eggs, dairy, and I recently started having problems with red meat and gluten. This has all happened after a injury.

I had started a week ago the 5:2 diet which is eating normal (mostly vegan for me)4days out of the week (IF) or intermittent Fasting one day and eat next day and then the following 7day (IF).In easier terms eat monday-Thursday fast Friday then eat saturday and fast Sunday. When I was researching about this diet I found very good points made such as: Benjamin Franklin and Mark Twain all lived into their 70s and beyond. They practiced various forms of intermittent fasting. There is also the ADF Alternative day fasting, which is eating every other day which you would be fasting 3days a week. With Fasting you must also do some Cardio.I walk & swim

Scientist found that people that do the IF or ADF diets gain healthy advantages by: weight loss, cut blood sugar, drops cholesterol, stop snoring. Lab studies show that fasting can reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, slow or prevent cognitive age related impairments, boost energy, mood, metabolism, and lower levels of IGF-1, the growth hormone responsible for aging.

I have already felt some good results The studies shows that in 9weeks you can lose 20pds plus all the other benefits
