I keep seeing these glowing reviews for things like fish oil, grape seed oil, and products such as FocusFactor and Synaptol. Has anyone with ADHD or ADD, ever found any supplements to be effective/partially effective?

I've never tried supplements before as I don't have ADD/ADHD however there are a lot of success stories with the use of these. I would consult a doctor also if you haven't they would be able to offer some good advice about what to take.

I find coffee and earl grey tea the best for concentration (recently diagnosed with mild ADHD).
