hey
im trying to replace my thorazine with a ZMA supplement because I think its healthier well I take a lot of workout supplements and ZMA is zinc, magnesium, and b6 research shows that it helps athletes sleep and it also increases testosterone and balance hormones that are depleted during exersice its take at night rite before bed , preferably on an empty stomach my ZMA also has an herbal blend to keep the body anabolic during the night anabolic means muscle building not muscle breakdown, for people who don't know what anabolic means. I have 4 bottles, each bottle last 20 days, but I haven't started taking it yet |

ZMA is zinc and magnesium in aspartate form as opposed to the citrate form they come in for most vitamins. At night your body will start breaking down excess testosterone into estrogen and the ZMA breaks that chain.
I used to take it quite a bit when I was a competitive powerlifter and even though I didn't fall asleep faster, I slept better and woke up more refreshed than when I wasn't taking it. Typically, most manufacturers will mix ZMA with tribulus terrestris (probably the herbal blend you mention). Tribulus can help increase testosterone levels in men and then the ZMA helps keep them high. Personally I always took the tribulus several times per day but the ZMA only at night due to my body cycles. |

Oh, by the way, something I didn't mention. Tribulus really only works for older men who are experiencing a dip in their testosterone levels. It usually doesn't help younger men as they are dumping testosterone like crazy anyway.
