so I am under going work in DBT right now for my boarderline tendanices and it really, really has been helpful.

but I am reading up on boarderline as I am doing other things and I came across a wonderful wonderful book I have you! don't leave me

that I guess is explaining the world of a boarderline from a study basis not from someone that actually has it however the other book that the auther did

Sometime I act crazy is geared more towad people that actually have the disorder.

I saw in this book it talks a lot about different ways of therapy to use for boarderlines since sometimes just one form of therapy is not enough in a long term out look for the patient.

and I came across one I guess that seems similar to DBT but not....STEPPS lol and ok not going to lie I am also asking about this because I have not gotten to the exact part in the book where it talks about the different therapy forms.

and I am a hard core believer in starting a book and finishing it all the way through.

But yeah if anyone knows anything more about this kind of therapy or has their own opinions on it, or even better are there anythings out there like CDS or workbooks or books in general that talk about it how it works.

I am open to any kind of therapy treatments at all to teach me way of dealing with my disorders. So if you all can tell me more I would love, love to find out more.
