There are the obvious, but for some reason vitamins choke me, it must be a gag reflex. I am anemic, it seems to be getting worse lately. I'm scared my doctor will want to draw blood. One reason being that that will make me nearly pass out. I never used to have that problem. Idk what else to do other than try to eat differently and take supplements. Wish they had something else
I'm trying to eat more red meat. I keep getting so dizzy, weak and tired. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Do any of the supplements you need come in liquid form?

You probably know these, but here are top iron-rich foods:
Red meat
Egg yolks
Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards)
Dried fruit (prunes, raisins)
Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels)
Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops)
Turkey or chicken giblets
Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans
Liver
Artichokes

I pass on the giblets, however!

ps I have been suffering from fatigue lately and b12 and b6 vitamins seem to be helping.
Thanks for this!
