I recently went to an abandonment healing workshop at a hot springs in Oregon. It was nice and relaxing. It felt nice connecting with people even if it was only for 2-3 days. It does cost some money though, but I think they're kind of interesting to go too. How much healing can they provide? I am not too sure, but I think it's something everyone must try once.

Have you been to workshops yourself? How was your experience?

I've not been to a healing workshop but I have been to silent retreats which are relaxing and healing. I go to one every spring and fall. Generally there is a suggested topic to focus on and we share at the end of the day. Very nice.

I've never heard of a silent retreat. Sounds cool. Is there a website for those?
