A nice little paper on SAM-e. I have used it at 400 mg for about two months and I definitely noticed a difference in my mood. It is just a very expensive supplement to use at a therapeutic dose! I will start using it again soon. It's benefits not only to the mind but to entire body are exceptional!

Interesting, but I'm on Abilify and heard this stuff interacts with some psych meds?

I just googled med. interactions with SAM-e. You can actually get more info by narrowing it down to Abilify and SAM-e. I don't know if you want to go as far as trying to find studies. Ummm, I think that would take a long time and effort but you just go in with what you have and ask them.
