Hi.

Over the years of OCD and chronic fatigue syndrome I have spent a lot of money trying different treatment options.I learnt about pressure points/acupressure points by muscle testing chiropractors and Kinesiologists.
Earlier this year I did an internet search for pressure point diagrams and found a very good site.

It shows a list of various symtoms that everyone can relate to.
You click on a symptom in the list,it takes you to a page with a few diagrams showing the various pressure points.

Here's is one example of pressure points for anxiety:

Acupressure Points for Relieving Anxiety and Nervousness

Here's one for depression:

Acupressure Points for Relieving Depression.

I do a series of pressure points in the morning and again an hour before I go to bed.It takes a few minutes a day and its free.I noticed within 20-30 minutes I feel better. Each week I feel a lot better and I'm a lot better off in the long run.
It reduces the severity of your symptoms and I'm making good progress.

I've since bought these 3 books on pressure points:
1)Acupressure For Emotional Healing.By Michael Reed.
2)Healing With Pressure Point Therapy.By Jack Forem.
3)The Acupressure Atlas.By Bernard C.Kolster.

I wanted to share this with others because of the benefits I'm getting.

Chris.
Thanks for this!
