There are alot of claims out there that vitamin B8 can be effective treatment for depression, anxiety, paranoia, panic disorder, ocd, schizophrenia...

I was just wondering if anyone out there has tried it and if they noticed an improvement???

No, it's on my list of "supplements that I'd like to try but never seem to be able to afford". I could buy a very cheap version, but I don't trust most super cheap vitamin brands.

Your intestines make an excess of biotin and there's no studied/known condition it treats other than a biotin deficiency. Save your money. Taking too much of one B vitamin can throw off the other ones, they work as a group, not singly.
