Hypnosis for depression has been suggested to me and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it. I am not sold on the idea. My T thinks it is a good idea and that I should give it a try. I don't think insurance covers it though.

I had hypnotherapy for conversion disorder. My hypnotherapist was also a psychologist - maybe that's why insurance covered it?
