My sister is currently working on her certified medical support clinical hypnotherapist program and she talked me into doing two sessions with a recent graduate of that program.

I really don't know what to make of it. It didn't seem to do a whole lot but at the same time I am not sure. It was really different and not what I expected. She taught me a few techniques and told me to do it twice a day for two months. I am not sure if I am wasting the little time it takes or if I should dive in deeper.

Has anyone had any success with it?

Not I, but several people in my support group have and both swear by the difference it has made.
Thanks for this!
