Hi, I have been doing TRE exercises for about a month now and I haven't gotten many tremors. I am not sure what it is. I am doing the exercises right but I am not getting many tremors. Do you have any tips to the exercises. There aren't any practitioners where I live. The closest one is about two hours away. I did skype with a practitioner before and not much happened. I know I have trauma. I've seen the video of people doing the exercises.

The only time I got tremors was one night I did the exercises and not much happened. Then the next morning, when I woke up, I was in a half awake half asleep state and my temples started to tremor.

Other than that, not much has happened.

Thank you

Hi there , I do TRE. The tremors can be very subtle and barely perceptible sometimes. I know those videos where people are flailing around like the exorcist ! I use mindfulness breathing techniques at the same time and find this can increase the tremors.
