I am taking SAM-e starting next week. I've got a month's worth of it to see if it might help me. I can let you know.
Thanks for this!

I was going to start but I ordered online and the bottle got delayed but should arrive today or tomorrow. I am going to start at 200 mg.

I didn't realize dizziness might be a side effect. Is there a way to half the dose?

I wish everyone well taking SAM-e. One side effect I know of to me is its cost. I'd like to try it myself. Maybe I could start with a small packet. OTOH usually when one buys practically anything in a larger count its cheaper per pill. Something to think about.

I have been taking Sam-E for a little over a week now and have no side effects. I started with 200 mg the first two days and am taking 400 mg daily now as suggested on the bottle. I know it has only been a short time, but I am not feeling any different. I'll see how it goes for the next 3 weeks.
