I actually got a day to experience stability. I could have used an extra week to normalize what that felt like in a secure environment. But you know how it goes, one good day and your back out in the world. Mainly they let you stay as long as your insurance will pay ... About five days in other words.
Mostly trying to not think about things. It is beautiful out and that is nice. I saw my therapist today and she's having me come back tomorrow.
That's all I've got to say about that.
( yes we watched Forrest Gump last night )

Thanks. My new found stability is hanging on by a very thin thread. There's just not enough support where I live.

So glad that you have a T that seems to care. Forrest Gump is very good distraction with heaps of practical life lessons. Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know the one your gonna get.

if you go to a mental health clinic, maybe they have a case manager who could help you get more supports in your home life, so you don't have to continually seek respite in hospital ?? hope hope hope~
