Has the use of essential oils, on their own or mixed with others, helped anyone reduce anxiety and panic? And what were they? Thank you all!

Lavender essential oil works well - you can diffuse it or by inhaling it by putting on a cloth and putting cloth gently over nose n mouth n breathing naturally - make sure it is 100% therapeutic grade essential oil in a dark glass vial to be sure it is pure... You may also want to check the "ingredients" label

Lavender is very helpful for me. You can put a drop or two on your wrists to inhale, or you can also diffuse it (you can find diffusers pretty cheaply and all they require is water and a few drops of essential oil). YoungLiving also has a blend called "Peace and Calming" which is very relaxing. Oils are also effective to put on your feet as the bottoms of your feet relate to certain "zones" of your body - sounds weird, I know, but I swear it works for me!

Where do you get Hawaiian sandalwood? I think mine is Australian. Do you know how the properties/fragrance might differ?

I have a huge collection of essential oils to help with different issues. Lavender, as has been mentioned, can also be mixed with Jasmine. To feel good, I mix orange and vanilla. To be upbeat, I mix orange, grapefruit and lemon.

You can get aromatherapy in roll on bottles and in inhalers to carry in your purse.

Essential oils are very helpful. Best wishes.
