Not one person takes or has tried CBD oil? I don't think it's helping though I know someone it helped immediately, and she had spinal stenosis like me. I'm supposed to take a whole dropperful Tuesday if half hasn't helped, so at least my Dr. thinks it could take awhile to work. I sure wish it had worked instantly for me, though.😟

I've been taking it for sleep for a month. It hasn't done a thing.
Maybe I'll try a different brand.

How long have you been taking it?

About a week, only half a dropperful at night. I had to stop because I'm taking a muscle relaxant. My doctor said it probably isn't working because I need to take more, a whole dropperful twice a day. Melatonin works better for sleep. Have you tried that? I'm taking CBD oil for nerve pain. It will be a miracle if it works!

Yes, I've tried melatonin for sleep. It wasn't helpful for me but it does affect people differently.

I'm not sure why CBD oil can't coexist with a muscle relaxant. Maybe you should try more. I hope it works for you. What is causing your pain?

Too expensive to try for something that might not even do anything

I've since tried a different brand and noticed a difference finally. I take mine for sleep.
It's very expensive, so I'm not sure how long i can keep using it.

Supposedly pain is from spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. It's in my legs though. That's called sciatica, nerve pain. Doctors think mine is worse because of my anxiety and stress. Of course the anxiety is because of the pain! The Dr. said muscle relaxant and CBD are both depressants but said it's a small dose and I could take them together but now I'm afraid to. My back is better, maybe because I rested a lot over the weekend. That was a muscular pain, nothing to do with the spinal problems.

Thats too bad. Most everyone gets degenerative disc disease at some point, but you must have it worse than average. i think the key is to stay active as possible.

Sometimes doctors assume a symptom is from common issues, like anxiety, but they are often wrong too.

i think the cbd oil is causing weight gain, so i may need to quit. I've gained 10 lbs on it.

I bought some to vape. Calms me some. Wish it had a better taste, though. Well, the new one I got is Mango flavor, and I'll see how that is.

The mango flavored was better. I get the most inexpensive one that is 150 mg. at happespice.com

Yep. I live in Colorado, so all the marijuana stuff is legal.
I use CBD with a 1:1 ratio to THC.
My doctor said this combination is absolutely necessary in order to get any pain relief.
I don't take very high doses and it's mainly for pain or relaxation.
Much better in my opinion than constantly taking valium for back spasms.

i use cbd the last 3 months, i will not say it does wonders but it really helped my mood to improve, a lot to be honest, also my sleep is better with cbd and my anxiety levels are low, it did nothing with my strange thoughts though, no antipsychotic effect on me, at least at 20mg daily
