http://i817.photobucket.com/albums/z...mage0318-1.jpg I have dilivered my 2 terrier *****,s pups a few times, but this was strees to the max. MY youngest ***** meg was 2 days over , an started to welp at 8pm,The first pup appeared an became stuck , the more she pushed the more my megs energy level fell. Till after 1 hour the pup disapeared back in the birth canal. Bad news as this means death for mum an pups if not operated on. The vets was 30 miles away as only the emergency vet open after hours. I was getting ready to do a craft knife op an my meg , when the pup appeared about 1 inch out, i put baby oil on my rubber cloves an just managed to pull out the pup. Sadly that one has since died, but it made way for the others to arrive, not easy but all doing well.
Thanks for this!

awww so sorry... I think it's much like the little chick that needs to peck it's own way out of the shell, or it isn't strong enough to live...
