It dawns on me I haven't shared any pics of Loki. I don't have many, but I uploaded one to this site. I would like to get pics of him outside the cage, but he's afraid to go away from his cage. Still, I will continue trying.

I think the pic's too big to show in here, so I'll just post a link to the image:

possum, he does sort of play peek-a-boo with me. One of the doors that you can open to set a dish of food in has a little space between it and the bars, and sometimes he'll peek out at me from the opening. Then I start being silly, going, "He peeked! He peeked! Loki's my little peeker sneaker!"

Loki is like Buddy in that both seem to like the security of the cage.

Is Loki hand trained? Likes head to be scratched?(Buddy is still angry/upset when I had to return him back to his cage in August 2012 by wrapping a cloth around him/her.)

It looks like Loki could be 80-100 grams in weight?

Loki's not fully hand-trained. He won't "step up" for me or my boyfriend, but I can put my fingers in the cage and he'll use them to help him move elsewhere in the cage, or to perch on for just a second. He'll also hold my finger sometimes--I love that!--and sometimes he'll hold my finger in order to bite my finger (but not too hard...enough to cause discomfort, but not to actually inflict a wound, like he's testing boundaries). For that matter, I think he likes the sounds I make when he squeezes my finger with his beak. I'll be trying to tell him, "That hurts a bit!" by going, "Ooooh!" or "Eeeeee!" and he either doesn't get the message, or he does but he likes making me make those noises, so he bites harder, LOL! He loves head scratches through the bars of his cage. If I open the cage and let him walk outside his cage, he is much more likely to bite, but I've got him where he'll at least tentatively let me give him head scratches. He likes to hold the cage bars and hang as if lying down, but as I scratch his head, he sinks lower and lower, until he's at a point where I can't fit my fingers in anymore. If he's just come out on my hand, I could scritch him to his heart's desire!

He also sticks his tongue out and waggles it around sometimes. I do it with him and it's so funny.

I think Loki likes my boyfriend less because he's the one who will "towel" him when it's been necessary, but that's not been so for a long time. I think Loki holds a grudge, so I'm not eager to be put in a position where I'd have to do that to him. Still, he does let my bf pet him and give him attention, just not as freely as me.

I don't know how much he weighs. I'll have to ask my bf. He's the one who takes him to the vet (although it's been a while since he's done that, since Loki isn't happy to come out).
