Sampson is my cat. He loves plastic bags. So the other day I was getting on him for trying to get in the trash. The next thing I know he is walking around with a bundle of plastic grocery bags in his mouth. It was so funny. Haha
Thanks for this!

After going to the grocery & putting all my bags of food in the back seat of my truck......Leo loves to get back there & tear the bags apart to find food that he wants to eat......by the time I get home, I usually have at least 2 or 3 shreaded plastic bags, then I have to figure out how to get all the food that was in them into the house. Good thing I can park my truck right in front of my door.

I also use those bags for trash.....& when I go away & leave Leo with his separation anxiety....he will go from plastic bag trash bag to to the next & shreads them, leaving all the trash to fall to the floor......how lucky I am to have a dog with separation anxiety....lol. I even know his background & nothing traumatic happened to him.....I know this because he was one of my special Destiny Dog's puppies & had him from the minute he was born......he just gets mad at me any time I leave him because he's always been with me every minute of my life. I think I need iron bags rather than the plastic ones.......I am always afraid that they might suffocate on the plastic bags.....just a bit of my paranoid parenting of my baby eskies who aren't babies any longer in reality

I hear you and understand. I am also overprotective of my baby. When sampson gets mad because I am not home he plays the turn back game. He will come up to me then turn around and sit. lol

Im laughing at this thread but can I just be a bit of a party pooper for a min and say I had a cat that climbed into a handle and had that one handle constricting her chest for from the time she did it when I was out until I came home..she was sweating, uncomfortable and distressed. Good idea to cut the handle loops?
Thanks for this!

We never can be too careful with the things our babies get into. It amazes me what messes they can find to get into & what damage they can do to themselves......I always try to second guess what Leo will get into but his brain works far beyond mine in finding disasters

My sister just told me last night of her cat, Jaxon, who keeps stealing the arm and seat covers from a chair whenever my sister's hubby leaves the chair. Brat cat, that's what that is!

HAHA Sampson does so many funny things. He sleeps next to me, but right next to me. Like he was a shirt, so I can't move without rolling over on him. I wake up and have to wake him up to get out of bed. I really don't know how he gets so close. But when I wake him, he just looks at me like "what?" I am like I need to get up and so I crawl out of bed around him. He just lays there. SPOILED!

Of course he follows me after I get up. Crazy cat!
