I have a very old 20yr old female cat called Shelley - years ago I was lucky enough to play midwife while she delivered five kittens. This was one of the best times I have had - five adorable kittens racing' round and round' in circles and hiding in the most unlikely places - underneath the kitchen units, in the washing even in the waste paper bin - I even thought I had thrown one out once with the rubbish but found him using my washing as a hammock! I managed to re home them to friends which helped when saying goodbye - I could hardly bare to part!

Shelley is now at the end of her life - she has been a loyal friend and if she could talk could tell a thousand tales! I will miss her so very much she has given me nothing but pleasure - she really is my best friend
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

HI! Yes my best friend had one of the litter - but she is quite old herself now! I will be devastated when she goes but she has had a long and happy life and is content in her old age
