I just wanted to share that I saw on a documentary the behaviors of wild parakeets. I forget where it was - maybe Australia. They are ALL green with yellow heads, not the exotic colors you see in pet stores. And they use the safety in numbers tactic to survive: they can be seen from a mile away, thousands strong, and in an arial show that is amazing to see. Google it!

Hello BluCrystal: Thanks for the recommendation! Yes, there are so many wonderful sights in nature, this being one. I would guess there may be some videos on YouTube showing wild parakeets, as well. Best wishes!
