One of my many problems is that i am very obsessed with control and i hate the fact that, when it comes to eating, i lose control. My T told me that a food addiction is hard to kick because i need food to survive. It just sucks to know that i'm weak and can't control my urges. And then, when i think about how out of control i get, i become depressed, and then i self-harm. Its just all one vicious cycle and it drives me nuts!
