Well for me it took a while to be willing to accept help from my T. But now that I have I feel so much better...we are using a book called "Overcoming Binge Eating" by: Dr. christopher G. Fairburn. It has only been 2 weeks butI feel like Im doing something about it which is the best feeling!

Congrats! It's hard to make that step forward and allowing someone to help - I have been in and out of treatment and have had to switch therapists because of moving. Remember how this feels because there will be trying times, but you can call on these memories to help you work through the hard ones
