Thought I'd share this book recommendation that helps you come to grips with the diet mentality where food has moral values. This book focuses on learning to allow yourself to eat what you want, when you want it and not attaching moral values to your actions. It's very helpful in learning to listen to your body, not societal background noise telling you how you're supposed to eat.
