Hey all, I feel like I'm really struggling in my recovery from binge eating. I'm eating healthier and doing more workouts. But I'm not losing weight like I want to either. I work with my therapist on my recovery but I haven't told her how frustrated I am with it all. A bit afraid she will think I'm being too extreme in what I want from all this.

It sounds like you're doing well other than your desire for the weight loss. Remember, we didn't put it on overnight, so it won't come off overnight.

Since you bring it up, are you being extreme in your expectations?
