Yes, I am one of the thousands of people who over eat emotionally. I want to say I hate it, but when i'm actually eating my feelings, I feel wonderful! Nothing is wrong anymore. I feel free! But of course, overeating walks hand in hand with obesity. I am not happy with my body. And I feel that it holds me back too much. But whenever I get started with a new diet or whatever, it always falls through! Anyone else share this problem? Any advice?

Hannahmo, Do you have anyone to diet and exercise with? Also ever time you get the urge to over-eat, drink a large glass of water or two. I also found foods high in fibre make me feel less hungry. Keep yourself busy. We also tend to over-eat when we are bored. Good luck with becoming more healthy!
