I think yesterday would be on my list as a worst day. Trouble with health. Trouble with husband. Much stress but instead of sticking with what is best I ate some of what I know my body doesn't handle very well. The consequences are always bigger than I think they will be. Altogether I hurt even more so. I stopped. I threw the supply of chocolate chip laced coconut milk ice cream and fiber one bars. I thought I could get away with it because they were health related. Wrong convoluted thinking it did not make things better. It made them worse. I am hoping for a better tomorrow .

I promise myself that I will never do the things make me so unwell, but next day I'm back to doing the same things. It's a trap which is sooooooooooooo hard to get out of for sure.
