I'm so tired of binging, overeating, eating junk food, gaining weight and thinking about food constantly. I don't want to think about food every waking moment. I feel trapped, ill never escape and ill just keep gaining weight and hate myself more and more. FML.

No I haven't. I just started seeing. Therapist finally, only had 2 sessions so far. I feel too embarrassed to tell anyone about my issues with food.
