I am in my 12th day of eating healthy in moderation! I never thought i would ever be able to break the cycle but it is BROKEN! I feel so good -- not any physical improvements like energy but more in the self-esteem department. I feel so proud of myself and pleased with myself.

Don't give up hope! If i can do it, anyone can!

wow! I am so happy to see this post....so often I see the posts of people talking about not eating and don't know what to say. It is so great to respond to someone who is doing something healthy for themselves, who is being successful is recovery. Keep up the good work!im proud of you too!
