My new meds are working but they make me feel like I'm STARVING all day long. I don't want to switch meds but I also don't want to gain weight.
Would you rather be skinny or be sane?? __________________ Guns aren't lawful, nooses give, gas smells awful, you might as well live- Dorothy Parker |

Had a doctor explain, an OBGYN of all types, that these meds sometimes set off a carb craving that once started, difficult to wean. Would be nice, if there was nutrition training to help develop a plan, to avoid the cravings. Finding ways to fill up, and tricking the brain into feeling full would be great. Seltzer water, is one way I can think that can help. Better than plain water, the carbonation plays a factor. Zero calories, zero sodium.

Prednizone increases my appetite. The emotions increase my food intake. Not easy going here.
