Family struggles, disappointments, overwhelming emotional upsets and in the midst food is still complicating the problems. I still let food thoughts and actions add pain and pressure. I had a too sweet cookie about an hour ago and I am still reeling. It made me feel dizzy and increased the pain and struggle. I threw the rest away! It is a daily battle! I want things that aren't really good for me because sugar and I don't actually get along. I have not been diagnosed with anything but my tolerance is very poor. If I do nothing else stopping that would do me a world of good.

Throwing the other half of the cookie away, sounds like an attempt at regaining control. Life sometimes feels out of control.
