Things are better in my relationships but the old pain just keeps coming up. Had good food but struggle what to eat and when. The food is more than food. I am trying to feel better by having it. Not an easy day but there were good moments.

Glad to hear there were some good moments, PianogirlPlays.
 Our doggy became ill today. We'll be taking him to the vet tomorrow...
