now i want to eat grapes- a whole big bowl of grapes

i know grapes are healthy and good for you, but when you just want to eat them for guilt... no their not.

I would have typed more last night, but my typing is loud and wakes my husband (even when he is on a different floor). :P I blame the keyboard.

I will overeat, then follow it with 3 radishes. Or my regular excuse.. "pickles are kind of healthy". But basically, I cannot follow unhealthy eating with healthy eating and think somehow I am balancing things out. teehee.

I am so happy you post in this forum!

I do that too, but the truth is that the "healthy" food will not justify the "unhealthy" food I don't mean to tell you that like you don't know it; I'm mostly preaching to myself!
But something that helped me was "train, don't try". Training makes room for off days/growing/mistakes (not justifying mistakes, but giving yourself grace when they happen), whereas trying is is a pass/fail, and too often we fail ourselves without really giving us a chance.
okay, I'm done now. Hope you're having a better day today!
Thanks for this!
