My weight varies greatly from time to time, because I can't eat a diet that is close to constant. In the past, I suffered with anorexia, and then I recovered and ate a healthy diet for some time. Now, I binge almost every other day, and starve myself on the days that I don't binge.
How do I start to fix my diet? |

I have no suggestion, only empathy. Best of luck to you.

Follow a consistent meal plan. Starving leads to bingeing.

This is how you fix your diet, you find do out what's buried deep inside and bring it to the surface. Face it head on and stop using food and starvation to cover it up.
