does anyone else plan their overeating?

I know for me it's become a bit of a thing- i'll say tomorrow i'll have this, this and this

so I know what i'm eating in advance (and I don't just go for food on the day, I all ready know)

I usually plan my meals a day ahead, but it's to make sure I have all the ingredients and thawing time.

But, I do know what you mean. When I was in my early 20's, food was my Friday night date. I planned what I was going to get and what movie I was going to watch and I would stuff myself.

I still consistently do this ( planned overeating). In fact I did it today. My husband is out of town this weekend and knowing I will be alone I daydream and constantly think about what I'm going to eat. Truthfully I enjoy the lead up to binging almost as much as the actual eating. It's exhausting I hate it I just want to stop but I haven't been able to myself. I hope you are having better luck
