I hope I am allowed to actually do this (I couldn't think of any other way to continue the thread)
anyway this thread follows on from the daily check in thread I didn't do so well yesterday. part of it was down to pure greed. I didn't bother cutting up the chicken pie, rather ate the whole thing in 1 go (how it didn't damage my mouth, I don't actually know) and partly because when I ordered groceries, 90 percent of it was sweets and chocolates it all (the new stuff), arived yesterday afternoon all ready eating through a 1 KG bag of gummies |

I dont have eating disorders but am starting cooking all by myself. Thats a big step for me so I feel like replying to this.
Daily check? The shadows are banging at my spirit cave doors. Some have managed to get through and eat my apple pie. Daily thought? You cant live by bread alone, you need the spirit too. Good luck. |

i'd say i'm eating quite well
breakfast: some fruit had my last pack of after eight mints as a snack that's all i'm eating now until dinner (and I can't actually remember what I am having for dinner) |

started the week eating very little (barely anything yesterday)
but tonight it's my pizza night, and i'm not making it any secret that i'm going to have my 12 inch meat one (I really don't care how good yesterday was) |

well,
so much for eating little yesterday I ended up cooking naan bread with my chicken, and cutting it really small so it lasted a lot longer than it would have done then I ate 2 bags of potato chips and candy |

I ate another tube of smarties yesterday.
far too quickly and felt a little sick afterwards all i've had so far today is 2 oranges for breakfast |

currently snacking on a box of after eight's
I had oranges for breakfast again, and apart from the mints nothing else yet but I have chicken for dinner, (and I also have) another tube of smarties, which is extremely tempting |

the tube of smarties live to fight another day (by the time I finished my after eights and my dinner, I really didn't fancy them)
today is grocery ordering day. I actually still need to plan what i'm having for dinner (I had oranges for breakfast, which is good) |

was meant to have KFC yesterday.
my friend at the last moment decided she couldn't buy me one (and didn't give me a valid reason as to why not), so I ended up having 3 turkey peaces and some chips (and cried) couldn't eat much since I felt depressed about the whole KFC thing, was really looking forward to it (I never look forward to anything!), so it was a big thing for me. |
