I have had 2 takeout meals this week.
2 massive pizzas not good I've not had much healthy stuff either. today, I even had 2 lots of marmite on toast (so 16 peaces in total), I cut 4 peaces in to 8 each. it's just getting worse. I never have 2 lots of breakfast, for example and I have no shame, probably the saddest thing of all |

I have a stomach ache
think it has something to do with these watermellon slice things i'm eating (candies), but I don't know. not doing well with food in general so maybe just a feeling of being overfull |

I ate another takeaway this week.
a takeaway which I probably shouldn't have had (it was a massive pizza) but it was still good and I didn't feel much shame (which is perhaps worrying) |

Trying this out.
I ate half a package of raw wonton wrappers today. Then fried a few more and ate them - just wrappers, nothing in them. Also ate half a box of crackers. Had no real meals today besides the crackers and wonton wrappers, I had grapes, egg nog, some coconut milk, an apple, juice, and Arabian spinach. |

Welcome vrienda.
I stress ate a bag of pea crisps yesterday. Otherwise I've been eating a little less overall. I so want to eat a bunch of food right now but I shouldn't since I'm getting blood work in a few hours and I think I'm supposed to fast. I'll just keep trying to distract myself and will probably end up eating more later instead. |

I have been doing okay the past few days. I found a book at the library "50 Ways to Soothe Yourself Without Food" and I thought it was just like a self-help book, but it's actually really based in CBT and psychology and talks a lot about why we binge or emotionally eat. Just understanding why I'm doing what I'm doing when I binge has really helped me so far. The self-soothing methods so far don't help me so much, except for the ones about mindfulness. I really recommend this book for anyone having trouble understanding why they are binge eating or self soothing with food and looking for ways to stop.

My sister gave me a massive chocolate bar for christmas and I managed to eat half of it and save it for later. I have been eating little bits of sweets because of Christmas but usually for christmas mum lays out the sweets and chocolate on the table and leaves it until everyone has taken most of it. I sometimes lose my appetite and I have started to eat properly, (I was ill) I need to slow down and enjoy my food when I eat my dinner. I don't finish all of it and save it for tomorrow.
