had one takeout this week.

it was almost 2, but decided against it.

I also had 3 big bags of potato chips this week (doritoes)

I feel I've eaten pretty well (when it comes to meal times at least), but when it comes to snack time- I just eat way to much

I had one regular bagel and one mini bagel between breakfast and lunch and a bunch of afternoon snacks. I have insulin resistance so I really should try harder to get my over-eating under control.

I have been good this week with food.

when it came to junk food only eating a few chocolate bars (I have, or rather had, some twixes) which I barely get to have, and I love them

the plus side to this is obviously being able to eat a full meal and not waste any of it

the bad side is, it's just never enough

that moment when you've eaten truckloads of fries and you're still starving

Went on extreme diet this week. Actually don't think I am that physically hungry. It is mostly emotional distress. I just feel like eating something to relieve anxiety, depression, boredom, loneliness etc. etc

I have always known I am an emotional eater. I have been very successful on diets before in my life...slimming down to where I can really look good in my wardrobe.

I really hate being over-weight. I hate that I can't wear my favorite clothes.

But I don't remember starting a diet as being this hard. Well, before I smoked cigarettes and now I no longer smoke. Maybe that's why I feel like I am suffering. Mouth hunger.

yesterday I ordered a 12 inch meat feast pizza

it was gone in a heartbeat, and it didn't fill me up at all (as soon as I got up, I felt that rumble of not enough)

I feel I need to overeat today, and I'm going to

with a case of 30 bags of potato chips and some gummy candy

I cooked yesterday

bit of a success.. I was planning to have 2 takeouts in a row, but cooked myself turkey dinosaurs in sted.

then I ruined it with a big bag of candy... but still a success in my opinion.

it's actually been a good week.

stuck to my meals with only a few snacks (when I say a few, maybe 1 or 2 a day) in between.

really nothing serious- not felt the need to this week

despite not having any snacks today, I did eat pretty quickly.

16 chicken nuggets, some naan bread, all in 10 minits.

shocking but true

I removed a box of snacks from my room.

it was on the wrong side of my bedroom, and I couldn't cope with the anxiety of it being in the wrong place- so in sted of putting it where it should be, I decided to remove it

not gone to get it yet either

yesterday I had 2 evening meals, not good.

at around 6 PM I had some chicken wings with potato waffles, 45 minits later, I had a fish and chip takeaway

and you know what's even worse?

I didn't even want the takeaway, but I was still able to eat it all- and it was pretty massive.

shame on me. for once I feel pretty disgusted at myself

I've been eating very little this week because of my high anxiety

most days i've eaten a lot less than I should

funny how anxiety/ depression puts you off food.

I always find that

^I don't like steak.

Yesterday I ate way too much. My mother was trying to convince me to make healthier choices but I got mad at her and it just made me end up eating even more food.

I ate so much last night, I was beyond stuffed. So I didnt eat anything at all this morning, had lunch at 2 as the first food of the day. Had some snacks and then dinner and then more snacks but not too much overall today. I think I am going to weigh myself tommorrow. I have probably gained. I would rather know now than be surpised with an unexpected lecture at the doctor.

I so know this feeling. It is like I pig out and then the next day I try to over correct so there would not be any consequences. I need to be a consistent eater.
Thanks for this!
