I really don't know what else to do. It's almost like I black out during my eating spree. I just keep going and going. The worst part is i'm healthy all day. I even exercise now. Night time rolls around and I start snacking until I literally can't fit another crumb into my mouth. Sometimes I get to the point where I have to put the heating pad on me. Please help

Hi there, just joined myself, I know exactly how you feel, I've been on a binge for 5 months and feel so terrible I'm hoping to find others who understand and we can help and support each other. I cannot stop eating especially at night, I know it's from severe stress.
