Where and how do you guys overeat?

Hi all!

Just curious where and when you gys overeat? I went to overeaters anonymous a few times and got the impression some there binged while being out in public. This surprised me as I personally have always locked myself in when I binge. Positioning myself in the most comfortable way in the coach, watching reality tv, or whatever, and just binge. I can not relax while being out in public so could not binge. What is your situation, do you eat only alone at home like me or could you binge eat out in public?

I have gone to pizza hut before and binged on their buffet but I even stopped doing that as I gained more weight. Otherwise, I do it in the privacy of my home. Some people will binge in public, esp all you can eat scenarios.

for me it's mostly at home, because that's where all the food is.

but it could be absolutely anywhere.. i'll see food laying out on the counter or something, and before I know it i've eaten loads without even planning to do so.

diffrent times throughout the day

I guess mid morning to afternoon mostly, but I do like my late night snack (or 50.)

For me it is only at home, it can be anytime of the day, but night is the worst. I also sleep-eat. I have gotten up in the morning to find out that I've eaten an entire box of cereal or bag of cookies, a litre of ice cream..and more and more
