I need some insight and your opinions. When is medication appropriate or or useful for binge eating? I'm currently in therapy and have worked on eating plans and all the feelings around bingeing but can't stop obsessing over food. When I'm going to binge again, on what, how much money I can spend and still pay my bills, rearranging other things so it doesn't get in the way of bingeing. It controls everything and I don't feel like I'm improving
