when will I just view food as food and not as good food or bad food.
when will I stop overthinking about what I feed myself with and just eat it without having guilt ? I am sick and tired..

Ive been working on this a long time too. One thing i thought last week was, how would it be different if somebody fed me who REALLY loved me?

And what if that somebody were me?

This happens to most of the people who think that they are fat or do not have the type of body that society approves. But if it is going out of control and to a position where you feel extremely depressed, then you need to seek help for it. Talk to someone about this problem or do something fun that you like. It will distract you from your depression. But if you still have questions visit here. Best of luck.
Thanks for this!
