Will elaborate more later trying to stop over eating and using food as a coping mechanism.

Ate bad early today had fast food and too much of it ...
Finished the night with some fruit and a cliff bar so proud of that.
Hope to check in on this daily feel free to comment.

Been 3 days since I have checked on but I have done remarkably well I am currently reading this book. "The end of overeating: Taking control of insatiable American appetite" by Dr. David A Kessler. And it really talks about how the foods we eat for example the fatty foods or foods with salt cause so much overeating and that the healthier you eat the less your body craves food. Definitely would check it out.But today had a healthy breakfast of turkey bacon, eggs, and some fruit. I have also been drinking a ton of water and exercising and my mood has definitely improved somewhat.
-Best of wishes to everyone and remember theres always hope anyone going through the same thing if you need someone to talk too I am always here to talk one on one.

This is a good reminder that food manufacturers are experts at designing food that make us physically crave more and more. Especially when they label their stuff healthy when it's highly processed and doesn't have much going for it.
