how will you all be trying to control your eating over christmas.

Do not eat pie for breakfast. Im not joking. If its here, I eat it, and so does my diabetic ex. Dont halt your exercise routine over the holidays! So important for mood as well as as for physical health and preventing weight gain. Good luck folks.

good post, especially re: the breakfast thing.

I don't eat pie for breakfast, but no only too well that if you eat the wrong thing for breakfast, it can set you up for the day

I usually freeze some leftovers so I don't eat everything all at once.
