I feel horrifically sick... I got off work early (around 7pm) and was starving. Hadn't eaten in several hours, and what do I do but order a calzone from blackjack pizza-- do you know how huge those things are? Ate it and I still feel like I'm gonna throw up 4-1/2 hours later. Even after taking a power walk about an hour ago. I may be fat, but I'm honestly not used to eating that much at once. Why did I do it??? I feel like a monster.

Don't be so hard on yourself. We all make mistakes. Think of this as a learning experience and start over.
