@indigo1015 glad you get so much joy from swimming. I feel some of that joy just taking a shower, getting wet. I loved swimming when I was younger. Sounds like good self care.

@CANDC thank you and yes it is very good self care. I just ordered a swimcap designed for people with long hair, dreadlocks, etc. off Amazon, because after a few annoying incidents yesterday, I decided I needed one lol. (My hair is pretty long.). Also found an old watch I’d forgotten I had that is water resistant.

I have had doctors tell me water therapy would be really good for me since I have a lot of joint issues. I love to swim, but I don't know of any pools around where I live. At least not in close vicinity. Congrats on getting into it.
