Paranoid for a long time now pls help

Hi there
I've been suffering from paranoid personality disorder for 4 years, a few months ago, i decided to see a psychiatrist and i've been given some meds but nothing worked.
What's your experience with ppd and are seeing any progress? Also what meds have you tried that lessened the feeling of paranoia ?

Hi there, sorry your struggling with this. I've never found medication that personally helped me, therapy is what helps me and, hard as it is, trying to remind myself that it's in my head. Sorry if that's no help, hopefully someone with good advice will see this post.
