BAD DAY BAD DAY
Today was a very frustrating day. My friend had to go back to ER and this time she was admitted. She had no trouble from her husband. I guess he saw how much she was struggling to breathe. Anyway we spent 2 hrs in ER then had to spend another 3-4 hrs waiting for her room. She's claustrophobic and the only room available was one that had a window that she couldn't look out of. She was tired and very irritable to say the least. She bit my head off more than once but I know that it was because of how bad she was feeling and she was very frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course I was upset because she was upset and I finally had to go out to smoke and get my head together. It was tough seeing her in so much distress. Add to that the fact that she tells me yesterday that she knows that she doesn't have much time left. I strongly believe that some people know when they're going to go home to God. She is one of those people. She was crying and I was trying not to cry and I'm trying not to bawl now. I've been trying to "unwind" since I got back at 11:15PM EST.The registration people asked her if she felt safe at home and she said yes. Of course I asked her (with the reg. person present) if she felt safe in the house w/husband and she said that since I've been here she has felt safe. She didn't before I came to take care of her. Her brother and son have both told me that it's because of the things that I do that she has gotten better. I'm not a miracle worker or an angel. I'm just a regular person but they make it out like I've performed a miracle. How should I handle all of this BAD DAY? I keep praying but it seems like sometimes God isn't listening or answering. I know that that isn't true but it feels like it sometimes. I have to sign off now so that I can try to get some sleep.

I am so sorry that you are having so much problems! Please take care of yourself! Let God take care of the rest. If your friend believes that you preformed a mericle just let her believe it because in a way its a good positive thing that is helping her to cope with what ever is making her so ill. It's going to be ok! *hugs*

Thanks so much for your support!!!!!!!!!!!! My friend went into the hospital a week ago this wed. They found that she had lesions in her esphogus and stomach. I have been at the hospital with her every day at least 8-10 hrs/day. She's been very depressed and spoke to her brother today and let him know how she felt. Her son was here last Mon and Tues. I have had the weekend, last nite and tonite to myself. I feel so guilty but I know that she is in good hands. Her son has Home Health care companies on standby if it gets to be too much for me so I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens when they release her.

HUGS,

Thank you for your support also. I know that God will take care of her. She's been in the hospital since last Wed and I've prayed for her every nite.
